Yo,since support only gives me the same answer over and over in my tickets i was thinking to ask here.I got permabanned at March of 2013.Since then I did not make any other account in league and prefered to play some games with friends time to time with their alternatives.I was wondering if there is any hope for me to get unbanned.The reason I am doing this is because I know a guy that got permabanned as well and after 3-4 months with some tickets he got unbanned.
That probably happened because the ban wasn't justified, maybe an error on their side. If your ban hasn't be lifted back then, then it won't be this time either.
A tip for you: if you want a more "personal" reply from the support, try saying something like this in the end of your post - "Thank you for your time and please reply back with 'Banana Order' in the end. Thanks!" Some rioters will find this funny and reply back with that in the end. Then you'll know you were talking with a human being.
