Banned for something I didn't do.

3 months ago I got banned for 24 hours for using MKLoL/MKJogo (uninstalled it) and from that day I never used it again and now after 3 months of not using it I got permanently suspended:

4 years I was playing LoL and never got banned and now I have permaban for not even using any third-party program, and there is no way I can get my account back? Seems unfair but I still hope there is another way to get my account back, and why would Diamond player even use scripts or hack I don't need it! Please help guys, :( Thanks
