Pre-game toxicity/trolling in ranked

What exactly am I supposed to do if I have screenshots of someone doing this? Sending in a ticket is obnoxious because there's no clear subject to send it under the list of given options, so I'm only left to assume they don't want any tickets having to do with this stuff. It's really irritating because the shittiest people act like children pregame because they think they can get away with it, and I guess they can. Is there really nothing I can do in response to this? If I am supposed to send in a ticket, why isn't there a specific option regarding player behavior in the list of options?

Typically someone that is toxic in champ select is toxic in-game too, so reporting them at the end of the match is usually enough. Include your details of the report in the description box so Riot knows to pull the lobby chat logs if there's a manual review.

If the offense is so severe and isn't something the automated system would be sufficient for and you feel you must submit a ticket, use the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions. They do not give you a more appropriate category because they need players to rely on the system so that it works properly, and they won't investigate every minor grievance manually.

They don't want any player behavior related reports unless it's life or death outside of the automatic feedback system.

People will placate you and pretend they still do it that way, but they don't and it just clogs up the system now. There isn't a section for that because they don't want it.
