Reports for out of Game Harrassment?

So recently there was someone on the boards complaining about a ban because they said some pretty uncouth things and were wondering why they got banned (I don't want to quote because it's that bad). I commented saying that they were some pretty rude things and why and long story short the post got taken down because it was posted to the wrong board. Now this sad person actually went out of their way to hunt me down and find my streaming facebook page and youtube and message me on there through fake accounts they keep making (which I keep banning). I have their ign username and submitted a ticket but I guess my real question is if something will actually be done about them? I submitted screenshots to the ticket of them as well. I honestly don't care that they keep messaging me, it's pretty amusing honestly to see the lengths that they go through just to add their little bit of useless commentary. Wondering if anyone else had a similar experience and what happened [sg-ahri-2]

Certainly couldn't hurt to contact Riot support over this, but if you're being harassed on FB and YT, FB and YT are the ones that should be addressing that, not Riot.

There's probably a certain point where you'd get actual police involved, depending on how serious the harassment gets.

Its not Riots job to monitor players out of their game. Contact the support of the said websites.

This person is begging for a lawsuit and jail time. Document everything they say, through all media, and everything leading up to this event. Call several reputable law firms and ask them how your case looks. If they all say yes, then odds are good that you can sue. Save this knowledge for later.

The next step is to call the police and tell them what happened. Go to the station and bring all the evidence. Tell them that you want to file a report and press charges for harassment, cyber-stalking, etc. If you have the proof, then they and the prosecutor will have the time. Ask the prosecutor to also seek compensatory damages for the trouble this troll has caused you. Bill around $100/hour.

At some point, you may be asked to say how this impacted you, either in a plea bargain negotiation or in a victim impact statement at trial. Detail everything he caused, and don’t feel petty for listing the small stuff or dramatic for listing the big stuff. Strike a plaintive tone that will make other people want to be angry and outraged for you.

Never give up. Getting justice will take weeks or even months, but even trying will be worth it. Unless he’s a sociopath, this hooligan can feel shame and dread, which defending himself against your well-substantiated allegations will assuredly inflict. He might even hire a lawyer, making this process costly and unpleasant for him. So much the better.

But don’t stop there! Find out where he lives, both online and offline, and politely but firmly inform whoever knows him of what has happened, whether the proceedings favor you or not. Employer, business partners, family members, and friends will turn away from him. The ones who don’t will fight the ones who do, making him choose sides and ideally alienate everyone.

When all is said and done, send him an unsigned postcard with a five letter word.

Thank you guys so much for your advice and support, I'll definitely consider escalating it if I get the funds to do so. I really appreciate it!
