You should remove his name or this post will be taken down, and send a ticket. -I hate players like him literally.

I can't see the game you're talking about. Unless he actually ran it down mid I don't think there's anything here that he could be banned for. Doing bad isn't punishable. Playing something bad like jungle Garen isn't punishable either. Maybe dodge next time someone picks something like that.
