You're not banned for language choice. You can swear on the boards and in the game all you want. You're banned for harassing your teammates.
Calling them bad is just as likely to get you banned as calling them dipshits and fucking morons. Neither are acceptable in the community. You're expected to keep negative thoughts to yourself. You agreed to in the TOS, and people that don't follow the TOS are banned.
Neither of those are big boy words, heavens, they barely have any letters in them.
Banned by level 7, damn, do you have any idea how often you have to be reported for that to happen? That likely means you were reported nearly ever game.
Oh I would LOVE to see your chat logs. I'm sure everyone else would too.
Also: Consistently showing toxic behavior in chat WILL eventually result in a permanent ban if you don't change your ways. Many players go YEARS without getting a single punishment. I've been playing for one year already and have never received any form of punishment.

Permanent ban for just that is impossible. That is handed out for consistently horrible behavior despite warnings.
You can submit a ticket and ask Riot Support but I'm certain this was not the result of one incident.

Im just swapping games im not gonna try and appeal to a game who punishes you for stupid things, like crashing during normals and getting 5 20min leaverbusters handed to you even tho you reconnected and did very well.
yea i understand that but um once again language filter and mute buttons Oh and the game they banned me on i had a full party of friends lmao. so yea this communitys just a bunch of panzis who need a safezone from negative words and they only had one chatlog to show me and the majority of it was my messages to my friends.
