It's Like Season 3 All Over Again

For anyone who remembers the days before we had Latin American and Brazilian servers, South Americans were quite literally invading NA servers because it was the best server for their ping. I don't fault them for it, but it created issues where players couldn't communicate with their teammates and it created a lot of situations where flaming and toxicity ran rampant because of the division of language and culture. The same thing seems to be happening as of late with people who should be on Chinese servers. At around 2:00 - 6:00 AM EST, about half of the people I get matched with are people who don't speak English and will only speak Chinese in team and /all chat. I don't dislike Chinese people; what I dislike is not being able to speak the same language as my team and in 90% of these situations, get flamed by my teammates in the very little English that they do know because we can't communicate and coordinate in the first place, which creates a stressful game environment that we might not be in if we could at least talk to one another.

I don't know if it's just me, but I can't go a single game past midnight without at least half of my team speaking an entirely different language. It wouldn't matter to me if it was Chinese, Swahili, Spanish, Deutsche, or any other language. The bottom line is that this is a North American server and the people on this server should be expected, at a bare minimum, to speak the language that their teammates speak so we can play the game how it is meant to be played: with coordination, strategy, and teamwork. That's rarely seen as it is with all English speaking teammates, but you throw the influx of Chinese players into the mix and League becomes a toxic cesspool of miscommunication, insults, and Romanized Chinese.

Call me racist, salty, offensive, blunt, whatever you need to, but this problem has cropped up as of this season (that I've noticed) and I at least wanted to bring it up to see if anyone else has been encountering it. If there is no rule that dictates what language our players speak on each server, there very well should be because I cannot continue to keep playing with teammates who auto-lock, refuse (or are unable) to communicate, and when they do choose to communicate, they do so in a toxic manner. item 3070

tl;dr there are too many non-English speaking players on NA servers that tend to pop up mostly in the late/early hours in NA (12-8 AM EST) and they ruin the game environment by: 1) not speaking the language their teammates speak; 2) flaming their teammates with what little English they may or may not know; 3) outright refusing to communicate with their team because they either cannot or do not want to speak in the language their teammates speak.
