I have wondered what exactly is toxicity. I am usually a pretty chill person in game but sometimes people can really grind my gears, but I don’t regard myself as being toxic. Some stuff I might say in game, are these toxic? Calm down Stop dying by yourself I’m not the reason you lost lane Muting you guys Stop crying please Why are you blaming me when you are 0/6??? Report ____ for toxicity STOP FOCUSING THE TANKS

Anything someone doesn't like is typically labeled as "toxic" these days.
First half isn't too bad, second half is either unnecessary or could be worded in a way less likely to tilt your teammates.
Don't ever ask for reports - only yours is necessary, extra ones don't do anything.

No one can actually tell you what exactly is toxic because it's already a misused term in this context. Because of this, any one is able to and have expand the misuse to use it for anything. That's why it's better to just avoid it as a point.
The better thing to do is to instead look at what is being said and how. I can understand well how you may have reasons to use those. Those examples can have varying opinions about them from various people but the important is that they may be used in arguing with other players. Arguing with them is frequently both not going to be helpful and can make a disruption out of yourself. For that reason, you should try to keep arguing to a minimum.
