(This is the chat logs of why i got banned) . When i said the sh&t stuff like: Kys, lux ur retarded, and you need help was when this guy/girl (i can't remember his/her name i will tell it when i get unban) literally when i told her that he/she didn't ult right, he/she literally said: Tell ur brother not to fu*k ur mom again so there won't come out a kid like you. I'M LIKE DUDE U NEED HELP! WHY WOULD YOU SAY SUCH A THING IF THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN TO YOU?!. And that's why i was saying the other stuff cause she really made me toxic. I don't think i should get banned. I mean maybe but 14 days, and my rewards aren't coming?!!?!?!? WTH! Should i send a ticket do the support or just wait for unban. Thanks. (I can't believe that she actually reported me after what she said ;'( ) [sg-soraka]

This alone was enough. Riot has a zero tolerance policy for encouraging other players to harm themselves. There is NO excuse for this.

There were other problems, sure, but this one is the big ticket item. Riot will not consider walking back a ban with this sort of behavior in it.

It doesn't matter WHY you're toxic you were still toxic and that means you were punished,

1 - Harassment: You harassed lux the entire game.

2 - Reports: You asked for reports against people that's a big no regardless of reason for asking, one report flags a game so asking for reports is pointless.

3 - 0 tolerance: Using zero tolerance terms gets you punished, why? Because they are things that should never be said in real let alone on a game, while you may not have meant her to go do it in real you have NO idea what she's going through in her life you telling her that could have been the straw that broke the camels back so to say.

Tl:DnR - The punishment was well deserved for what you did.
