I got banned for toxic behaviour!

(This is the chat logs of why i got banned) . When i said the sh&t stuff like: Kys, lux ur retarded, and you need help was when this guy/girl (i can't remember his/her name i will tell it when i get unban) literally when i told her that he/she didn't ult right, he/she literally said: Tell ur brother not to fu*k ur mom again so there won't come out a kid like you. I'M LIKE DUDE U NEED HELP! WHY WOULD YOU SAY SUCH A THING IF THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN TO YOU?!. And that's why i was saying the other stuff cause she really made me toxic. I don't think i should get banned. I mean maybe but 14 days, and my rewards aren't coming?!!?!?!? WTH! Should i send a ticket do the support or just wait for unban. Thanks. (I can't believe that she actually reported me after what she said ;'( ) [sg-soraka]

This alone was enough. Riot has a zero tolerance policy for encouraging other players to harm themselves. There is NO excuse for this.

There were other problems, sure, but this one is the big ticket item. Riot will not consider walking back a ban with this sort of behavior in it.

That is how it works. What you told him was "kill yourself." If you didn't mean that, you could/should have used other words. If you don't MEAN something, don't use words that mean that thing.

Sure. And if you reported her the system will judge her behavior and punishment history and apply the appropriate punishment or progression towards a punishment. That doesn't exempt you, or mean she necessarily deserves the exact same punishment as you.

You cannot report players once you have left the lobby. If you are super concerned about it you can send a ticket in to Player Support, although they will not be able to tell you if they are taking any action as a result of your report.

lol yeah because there will be no action taken if you don't report while in the post game... wouldn't it be common sense to assume riot would be getting thousands of tickets like that per day with how large there player base is. it would be so much money to manually go through all these crybaby tickets of people saying ( yeah I didn't report after game or nothing happened when I did so here listen to my story about this meanie. that's insane to even think about submitting tickets like that.

It doesn't matter WHY you're toxic you were still toxic and that means you were punished,

1 - Harassment: You harassed lux the entire game.

2 - Reports: You asked for reports against people that's a big no regardless of reason for asking, one report flags a game so asking for reports is pointless.

3 - 0 tolerance: Using zero tolerance terms gets you punished, why? Because they are things that should never be said in real let alone on a game, while you may not have meant her to go do it in real you have NO idea what she's going through in her life you telling her that could have been the straw that broke the camels back so to say.

Tl:DnR - The punishment was well deserved for what you did.
