teammate inting

Hi guys, Today i logged in and i decided just for warmupto play a normal blind pick mode game. Everything was ok till malph got killed from the enemy midlaner. By the time that happened at the same time i got a double kill on top lane as . So malph came in my lane for no reason in the starrt i asked him to leave but then i got pissed of after 4 mins of having this guy on my lane doing nothing just stealing xp and farm for no special reason.. So as soon as i started flaming him he continued doing the same thing. Destroying my lane and making me more and more pissed of with him. At 7 mins i left i couldnt play and i also had to leave because something happened. When i left there was a message saying banned and i dont remember what else it was saying.. Am i banned after that ?
