I was in a low priority queue when in the background it said my party disbanded while I was waiting the whole 20 minutes just to start the whole waiting over again. is that fair no it is not and how did I even end up in low priority I accidentally left one game.

I don't think anyone can accidentally leave a game. If you were disconnected due to unforeseenable accident then sure, but you can't just accidentally press alt f4 or the x button to see your game closing since there's a warning asking you not to leave before you press the leave button. No matter your circumstance, regardless, you've made 4 ppl suffer, and this low priority is something that gives you leniency of going afk without doing too much harm to other players.
