Perma Banned

Recently i got perma banned for being too toxic within one of my games (chat logs below). I have been playing since end of season 1 and have been banned 3 times total including this one and maybe chat restricted once ( not sure). I believe the reason i was perma banned this time around was because i had a 14 day ban maybe 3 weeks earlier. What i am confused about is for some reason i was not informed that my previous 14 day ban was due to toxicity. There was no emails and the box that showed up when i logged in was empty every time(i am told this was probably a glitch with my computer as it is supposed to have text telling you what the ban was for). I just assumed this was due to teammates reporting me as i afked for a minute during a game which made my teammates mad. I know i can get toxic and frustrated when my ranked games do not go the way i want them to go leading to my rage, which is hard to notice in the moment. I believe if i was informed that i was getting too toxic i would have tried to restrain myself from interacting too much with my teammates resulting in my toxicity. I have put countless hours into this game and into this account and love this game dearly. I am not asking for a complete reversal of my punishment but something that is not as permanent so i can take a break from league and reform to be less toxic and direct my frustration elsewhere. To put a little context in the chat log. The adc was playing poorly in my eyes and i was getting frustrated. One of the remarks of my teammate threw her off the edge and she decided it was best to not play with the team and give them a kill or two. I understand the things i said were toxic and i do not think in anyway what i said was correct or justified. I just dont believe i deserve to be permanently banned. Thanks to everyone that reads this.

Consistent toxic behavior and lack of regard for improving your behavior = results in a longstanding punishment.

You set yourself up for failure by consistently being toxic to others. If it was a 'one time' case, then this would be a different argument. But since you actually have a HISTORY of the same behavior, it's hard to judge this as anything other than justified punishment.

It doesnt matter what the 14 day ban was for, that was your last warning.

Once you get a 14 day ban on your account, the very next time you're even a bit toxic is the last straw. Also, anything that gets censored by %%%% is hate speech, and elevates your punishment to a higher tier.
