this isnt my main account. my main account got banned. when i made a ticket asking why i got banned, the next day i wasnt able to log into the account i tried changing the password no email came, i tried changing the username no email came. Ive been trying to log into my main to check the status of my ticket. when i found out i was banned it wasnt for being toxic it just said "please check your email" and it said i broke a rule. it dint specify what rule i broke it only gave me a link to the league of legends terms of service page. please, if this happened to you what did you do to resolve it

You should still be able to log in to the website -- bans don't affect your ability to do that unless (and this is the ONLY situation I can think of) the account was identified as a purchased or shared account and restored to the original owner (or locked). I legitimately can't think of any other instance in which you'd end up fully locked out of an account.

Keep trying to log in to the support site, I think.
