Cuz it's happened twice today and I just afk'd a game because of it. And now I'm the one who's gonna get punished for afking...

It's been stated by Riot that they have systems in place to track where someone plays as opposed to what they were given via Dynamic Queue. It is a reportable and punishable offense, however if you don't play the game out then you have to submit a ticket to Player Support about it.
Screenshot and support ticket, or report postgame. In dynamic queue, it's griefing unless both agree to switch roles. So it's already reportable.
uhm yea? who else should be punished for afking when not you? the person who took your role? no because this person played.
