perm banned

so i have been perm banned from league. i know i had some problems with losing my cool but after i got the 14 days ban i've been more then chill with all the people in game. some games people started insulting me and i just responded to that. i've changed my behaviour and followed the summoner code. still due to a report from someone in game i got permabanned. its just from one game and i didn't even say something offensive.

Is there a way to get myself unbanned?
