i get 2-3 honors EVERY GAME this is no joke... and yet i barely got any keyfrags nor do i have the feeling to be any close to h3.

Nice, I just got it today too.

A lot of people (including me) just got honor level 3 today, so either there was a timer on how quickly you can rise in honor level that just ticked off today, or there was a hidden issue with the honor system that was preventing people from earning it that just got patched.

Anyways, I'm just happy I can start grinding Honor Capsules for Grey Warwick! ^3^

Honor 3 on my smurf, banned for 2 weeks on my main. Makes sense. Especially because i have actually trolled on my smurf. On my main, what have i done? Oh yeah, i asked if a person was duo becasue they called me a f6t.
