So a few months ago, i got banned. Why? being reported for toxic and intentionally feeding. But here is the kicker. the games that were toxic, or the last game i fed on (47 deaths n annie) was not played by me. after contacting player support they did nothing. they couldve checked the ips to see that i had not been playing. And honestly. i didnt know. When the behavior reports popped up, i just closed them out, thinking i had done something, and was just going to act more positive, shame on me. i had been hacked or phished, i dont know which one. so always keep your information as private as possible, dont let what happened to me, happen to you. maybe one day ill get unbanned. Either way, this wasnt a begging to get unbanned post, it was a PSA. tho they couldve checked my ips just to maybe see that it wasnt entirely my fault :(

Correct they could have - but I can guarantee it is policy to not let the player base know they can see their IP. With IP checkers you can narrow down an IP to a specific room in a house (Google Maps). A lot of times companies do not want the customers to know how much the company now knows about you via logging into their client.

It really sucks, and sorry that happened to you (given your story is true)
