most people that said they gotten their hextech again say it takes 30-40 games to regain it back.
If you get validly reported, it will extend that reform period.
Fucck1 votesI think if you have had a ban/mute you can't receive any keys or chests, but i think its possible that next season you will be able to receive the keys/chests.

Aeiownyou13371 votesand yet i receive this... few of the people i met on this game trash talk alot more than i do, and they have yet to receive any ban. this game is probably the worst community out of all the PC games ive downloaded.
