Toxicity In CHAMPION SELECT (RANKED)

Hey guys so Im Silver 4 currently and I was in champion select for my ranked queue . Unlucky for me i was teamed with a 4 man premade team who for no reason decided to abuse me 4 secs in champion select and decided to pick troll champs for their rolls (i.e - xin zhao - support and a taliyah - adc ) . SInce i was pretty sure this match wouldn't end up well , i decided to dodge the queue and ended up losing 4ip ( a loss of ip i would be happy to give off ) . But my question now is how do you report such players , premade teams have been such a nuisance on solo queues and they always try to bully the lone person out . I had picked jg and the first thing that pops up on chat from the support is " I'm going jg " . I feel this is bit way too unfair, I had to read random abuses at me , leave the queue , lose 4 ip and get 5 min ban from joining another game just cause i didn't wanna play with a bunch of trolls and toxic players .
