Well, you see, i was muted i think 5 months ago for flaming a kid in my last promo game and because of that i am ineligible for loot from these NEW crates. We just had 3 S+ in one game and i was one of them. Can someone please explain to me why this thing that happened 5 MONTHS Ago is affecting the NEW crates that just came out for me?

I play a lot of3 votesSame thing for me, in my honest opinion I think this is really stupid for those (like me) who said stuff like, "sucks to be 3/7 after your jungler camped my lane." and get reported for that. Now I'm ineligible for the loot crates just because some 7 year old can't take a little smack talk. Really upsets me with things like this, and it was my first time ever chat restricted too.[zombie-brand-clap]

For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here -Riot Neurocat
It's not tied to the punishment tiers. Some people can get loot 1-2 weeks after their chat restrictions, others need to wait longer than 3 months.

still why do they allow other people to get rewarded off your wins...personally, if they disable my s class reward. then I say they punish the others too.

while I agree, I have searched them all before making my own...and so far I have not found anything with the information I seek. Except for this one which has the RIOT employee post. And Now I am left a bit upset....
Personally I was reported for being "negative" or something ...idk my 10 game chat restriction was over like a week ago.
All I said was things like "Sorry I do not speak 1/11/0" and"sorry I do not speak feeder" and "Uhh, the 0/15 sais what?" .... everything else was me saying GJ to my support, jungler etc ... me saying things like, prep dragon. .... or please drop a pink in the blue bush. ty.
I understand people get mad in ranked games especially where I am in Bronze 5 ...but really it is a bit annoying when all of my Carrying these games, all of my wins...I keep getting S class. And then the feeders on my team keep getting rewarded by MY EFFORTS and MY ABILITY TO NOT FEED etc ... it's like...Riot do you want me to quit?
Why do my S- , S, and S+ continue to give rewards to people on my team but not me...
