With you 100%, but posting it to the boards like this won't accomplish anything, and revealing someone's name like this is actually against the Universal Rules.
You should report the player after the match and if you feel like you must do something more then you can submit a support ticket with Riot Support.
Hello. I've gone ahead and removed the name from your post. I understand you want to get the word out of this particular player but name and shame is against the rules of the forums in order to prevent potential witch hunts against innocent players. I would recommend filing a Support Ticket about it if you really want to alert Riot to this player. Otherwise if you've already reported this player in-game and they have a history of poor behavior then they will eventually receive a punishment.
