You typed in chat, that is why you were punished. Never make this mistake again, I know I won't. RIOT has created emotes, mastery badges, and the ability to ping-spam a wide variety of pings as safe ways of harassing other players without fear of reprimand. I suggest you limit your human-human interactions to these forms of communication only, as typing anything in chat will always get you punished over enough games and enough people reporting you.

Calling for reports is considered harassment. It serves no purpose other than to cause tilt, and since the number of reports against a person doesn't matter, it's just noise. If you want to report someone, just do it.

Berating someone else on your team because they're bad has never in the history of this or any other game caused them to start playing better.

Your attitude throughout this game is negative and toxic, runs against the summoner's code which you agreed to follow, and this is why you were reported and chat restricted.
