I have been permanently banned on the league of legends account Chincoil. Can you please unban it because I have been really working hard on that account and played for many hours. I have been toxic, yes I know, but I will stop the toxicity if you let me out. I shall never harass a person ever again. If you see me get another report, then you can permanently ban me, but please unban me! I wish that riot staff will see this and I have spended hundreds of dollars on this game. >.< Please unban me!!

So the previous warnings of chat restrictions and temporary bans weren't enough of a warning for you to realize you were probably going to get permanently banned soon?

The systems in place are designed to give players numerous chances to reform before being permanently banned. From what you've said here it seems you are aware of your toxicity and it has been going on for years, so Riot's expectation is that the chances they gave you would've been taken to heart before they were forced to permanently suspend your account.

Riot doesn't overturn permanent suspensions unless there was a problem in issuing that suspension or some other reason for why the account owner was not responsible (e.g. proof of hacking), and in this case you clearly know that you deserved the ban for your behavior. I'm sorry to have to be the bringer of bad news, but as I mentioned before you were given multiple chances to reform.

If you want to continue playing the game you'll need to create a new account from scratch, but keep in mind that the account will be banned just as fast if your behavior doesn't change.

Permanent bans should not be distributed for verbal problems. It is excessive and unjust to completely remove that player from the game over words. You were wrongfully punished.

SO you waste X-amount of dollars, raged in game to the point that you got permaban and barely reached Silver 5. SMH.
