About a month ago I had a run in with a player in mid/high plat elo in ranked. This player locked in smite yummi support. Player then attached to our jungler and smite stole every camp possible. Our jg fell behind HARD and left our adc bot lane alone to lose lane. I figured, "meh shit happens". So I looked up the player on op.gg. They had been doing this EVERY GAME. Back to back games. So I created a support ticket to riot calling out this players intentions with purposefully ruining ranked games. In the mean time I check this players op.gg to see how many more times he would play smite support yummi.

About 5 days later player activity stopped. It stopped for a full 7 day vacation. I thought, "wow good job riot!". For shits and giggles I looked up the player again present day. Player is still doing this behavior.

Its getting worse. Riot needs to address possible ideas for this.

You do realize that gameplay related offenses are given a 14-day ban for the first offense right? If he's truly back to trolling then assuming people are reporting him for it he'll be permabanned soon enough. That said, to say that gameplay-related offenses never get banned (like so many people like to believe) is false as these examples show:

League is still the biggest Esports game out though I am pretty sure. Don't think it is dying anytime soon
