Got queued with a phycopath or two

In this game I got matched with the most toxic botlane I have seen in quite a while. It started already in champion select when lux banned my pick (yasuo) for no reason. I'm just here to have a good time and play the champ I want to play. Because of this I had to fight with cassiopeia against an Aurelion Sol. This is a very laning phase and the fact that I got lag around the 2nd half of the game didn't make it easier. (you can check chat log, whenever I have lag a important moments in the game I ping it). The chat displayed beneath here is the aftermatch chat. Ingame they said some stuff as well but, this is kind of the recap of how they are.

Riot games you can you please chatban/warn these people, cause I'm really getting sick of their attitude. Let me know if this is enough than I will display the names (someone pointed out it's not allowed to state names in these kind of discussions).
