I am a competitive person. I've never trolled or AFKed in a match. I may have gotten passive aggressive at times, but is that really worth a perma ban? I never say hateful speech to other summoners. I literally try to win every match. Idk why they won't show me the logs. I don't know what to do right now or who to talk to. I feel so helpless.

I'm sorry but I can't just take your word for it. It wasn't for toxicity... it's cuz you afk consistently apparently. I could be wrong, but I don't know you and I doubt riot would ban people for no reason. There's just no reason for that. If you really never AFK, yet they ban you after 2 two-week suspensions, I would be shocked. But I've never seen proof of that, just people upset over their bans, willing to say anything to be the victim.

i had a 10 chat restrict and then continued to get trolls and intent feeders. barely said anything toxic and was playing around teammates calling them the suiciding trio ( they were really aggro players) they were calling themselves names on the trio team and such and we alll had a blast. did the system realize that? nope. labeled me as toxic and got me 2 week banned.

I have never been banned or chat restricted but when I do here cases like this where someones punishment was escalated simply because they sent in a support ticket asking for their case to be looked at I feel we begin to stir away from a community run system to one of total monarchy to even dictatorship, which isn't all that unrealistic seeing as Riot does have the final stay.
In the end what I'm trying to say is, Toxic people should be banned yes, but to have them punished even harder for simply asking why is a legitimate concern to me as a regular community member and I don;t really support it.

This has embittered me. I haven't played a match in two weeks now, even though I have 2 remaining active accounts. If I do decide to play on those accounts, I'm pretty sure it will be ranked matches and I'll be in it to provoke others into getting banned too. This game is toxic by design. I used to enjoy it, but when players are clearly in it to abuse the punishment system and get others in trouble, it's time to bail out of this sinking ship.

Before this, all I did was ask them why I got the 2 week, because there was no email in my address. 4 days later it gets elevated to a perma :OOO
He said in there that I had 3 different 2 week suspensions, but that was actually the 2nd one, and when I asked about it... BOOM ban hammer.

Despite claims to the contrary by Riot Tantram, I was hit with a zero-to-permaban for a very low level of toxicity and was NOT given chat logs either. I was not given any information for a very long time. The complete radio silence was very painful. I am not the only one either. Back when the ban wave hit and I was caught in it for some reason, others came out with the same story.
I don't know if OP is lying or not, but I can tell you that it does happen and it is far worse than any so-called "in game toxicity". This is legitimately terrifying. At risk of being punished here on the forums for speaking against the draconian system; To Kill a Mockingbird was not a book about aviaries.
By the way, WTF? this guy got THREE TWO WEEK SUSPENSIONS?! I got hit with a zero-to-permaban for SIGNIFICANTLY less. Wow. Why does Riot hate me so much? holy shit.

Your account was slammed with a ban. An automated ban. When you questioned it, it got manually audited by a human at Riot. That human clearly saw a consistent stream of bad behavior and reports, an decided to escalate your ban due to the lack of reform from former bans. In essence, if you'd accepted your ban and not brought it to a Rioter's attention and had it manually audited, you would probably not be perma banned now.

I used to be so much worse like filling up chat with so much toxicity and negativity. But because it's nearing the end of the season, I know I was in tryhard mode. I can't imagine myself saying anything worth a perma ban in the last couple weeks.

Indeed you didn't necessarily need to do anything wrong, but the Hacker got your account info and might have been sending illegal messages (such as "FREE RP sites" or "BOOSTING SERVICES") to others.
Thus to stop them from doing that, the only way is to suspend the account until the owner contacts Riot to release the security.

Safety measures like that are pretty much standard and don't actually require you to do anything wrong security wise. Apart from accounts never really being 100% safe, your account doesn't even have to be compromised to begin with, for such safety measures to apply. For example some game companies go as far as locking your account when you try to log in from a different country all of a sudden.

Accounts are locked for many reason. Some reasons include account compromise and payment issues. That is like saying that someone was perma-banned because someone stole their account.
You were given an email that specifically told you to write in to player support to address your account issues.
I've also explained that you didn't get a reform card because you didn't go through the instant feedback system, you case was entirely handled by hand. So, I'm not sure why you are commenting about the instant feedback system and it being draconian, when it has in fact never affected you.
You also didn't reform completely if you were being constantly reported and were 14-day banned by manual review. I've had this conversation with you so many times.

Tantram didn't lie, but his argument has no fundament, I.e. Why was my account locked to begin with ? I did NOT receive an email explaining this and he strawmanned me into the argument "The instant feedback system is draconian" which is NOT what I ever say.
I say the disciplinary system is draconian because it is draconian. It's not complicated. Riot is not always right.
