Is Draven mains always this toxic and non-sense?

So I played this ranked match, I was Mordekaiser jungle . Everything went fine, our Sion built Lethality and was dominating and stuffs. Things went extremely good until the enemy's botlane and their jungler was taking drag, I pinged for help but no one wanna come. Including the main character in this post, Kai'sa. So I hit the red bomb thingy and tried to smite the drag but I was a little off timing and they got the drag. Kai'sa started pinging me right after and calling me "low life creature" for being level 5 when kha' is level 6. I know I was behind. The reason are our Corki kept on asking for ganks and wouldn't let me farm. I know that's not the excuse tho so however. I was spamming "???" because I didn't really wanna deal with her bs. (since she fed the enemy's jinx 4/0) and that went on. Our Sion tried to stop her from flaming by saying "guys we got this I'm fed" but she still go on and say that I was feeding, I troll pick, and telling people to report me. So speed forward to like 15 mins into the game(?) she started dying even more, Her support Zyra were carrying her btw. And so she started to ping me even more for 0 ganks. I told her "well how about you sit down, play safe and stop running into the tahm kench?" and she started to say the same sh*t. "Report mord. Useless. 0 Ganks. Troll pick"

Late game she stole 4 kills from Sion and then stole like 3 of my kills (Literally she was following me every where, stealing my krugs when I tries to farm for gold because I need to get items so I can try and slap that Kha'zix, steal my minions, steal every damn thing that I about to kill.) and life goes on and she's 8/9 after robbing everything from me. Then she go "Report mord feed" ?????????????????????????? Like I was so annoyed at that point. I didn't even say a single word when she steals my farm and stuff. Like legit who wouldn't get tilted. I mean some people wont but like I do. As expected,we lost the game. At the end of the game, she said she reported me, got screenshots and sent it to Riot and all that krabby patty stuff. I checked her profile and she's a draven main :#

So back to my question, Is Draven mains always this toxic and non-sense?
