Perm Banned / Appeal?

_I really don't know how to start this sort of template of being / getting banned. _ But I have a confession for being banned and I was accused by the email of the ban saying I was using a 3rd Party Program and which I did but I was using wooxy / overwolf and I wasn't aware that those overlays can get me banned but after doing my research I've heard people can get banned from it and I didn't know so I just went ahead and used those 24/7 the next couple days I'm banned and on the email of it, it says my sort of bans can't be lifted and I'm just sat here confused because I wasn't doing anything against the guidelines / rules. I'm not really bothered about being banned but just confused.

You should check with Riot before using any skin program. I'd suggest you send a support ticket.

Riot recently made custom skins bannable, or so I recall, which Im not sure why but i think it has something to do with $$$. I remember reading something that riot said about 3rd party content, and they said "Things that make decisions for you are bannable" so honestly if youre just using a custom skin thing, like RedRiot, you really shouldnt be banned.
