Perm Banned / Appeal?

_I really don't know how to start this sort of template of being / getting banned. _ But I have a confession for being banned and I was accused by the email of the ban saying I was using a 3rd Party Program and which I did but I was using wooxy / overwolf and I wasn't aware that those overlays can get me banned but after doing my research I've heard people can get banned from it and I didn't know so I just went ahead and used those 24/7 the next couple days I'm banned and on the email of it, it says my sort of bans can't be lifted and I'm just sat here confused because I wasn't doing anything against the guidelines / rules. I'm not really bothered about being banned but just confused.
