Is Defending yourself a way to get banned?

So, on November 20th, 2017 I got permanently banned, personally I know way and I've already talked to the support team about it. Yeah, tbh I didn't know what to feel at the moment, though I still watch streams and LCS stuff, I just don't know how I could start playing League without my Legãcy account... see what i did there >:). Anyway, so after having a little talk with BigPapaMIDKnight and Riot Gunny (who is actually pretty cool), apparently deflecting blame is a way to get banned. So, what they mean is, you can't defend yourself from your team flaming. I know yall all gonna be like, "just mute them", but realize players that say something bad about you one time, they are just taking a different approach to winning the game. Such as, my support says "can you stop inting so we can actually win the game?" for an example btw. Now she said something pretty negative, but what she said is kind of true, I should try to play a different way than consistently positioning bad and dying to the enemy. Though, why mute when they are trying to give you actual advice that can potentially win you the game. Though, Riot takes it a different approach, because my support said something negative and we lose the game because of my "inting" which may be true, the support will get flagged and suspended. Though, at the end of the day, would you rather someone who said something negative and you guys won the game or someone who just let you continue to play the same way and lose the game. Think of it like a parent, would you let your child continue to steal candy from the store with you completely seeing this happen, or will you punish him and tell him that is wrong? Now, everyone doesn't take constructive criticism the same as each other, and some are softer than others, but there is one thing that is why you get banned. Repetition. Repeating the negative word over and over increases the amount of times you have spoken and how many people are you flaming. If I legit said about 5 lines all game, about how bad my, for an example, jungler was, then I legit would not get punished, for 2 reasons. 1. everyone will forget I even spoke all game and not even report me for it. 2. If you do get banned, I think it will be kind of funny that Riot will read 5 lines and suspend you for it lol.

Now, I'm not going into detail about this, for I've already been spoken to Riot members, (inb4 Riot Tantram to completely end my career on forums). But, I remember one thing BigPapaMIDKnight said and that was "Overall, you're arguing with other players, and pointing the blame. Under normal circumstances this likely would not have lead to a permanent suspension, but given your accounts history of 6 behavioral infractions and having already received a 2-week suspension as a final warning, we felt a permanent suspension was necessary." Now I know you are all reading this and are probably like, "WTF 6 BANS AND A 2 WEEK, YOU DESERVE THIS DF?!" and such, but think about it. All my bans, we for the same reason, "Overall, you're arguing with other players, and pointing the blame." Since, when was arguing with players even a way to get banned. How will you win games, without deciding when to take dragon, baron, teamfights, towers, etc... without one guy thinking otherwise. That would be a dream, if everyone in League of Legends thought the exact same as each other. Arguments are going to happen, especially in a team playing game. Second, pointing blame: it doesn't say starting blame, it says pointing. Now, everyone knows how the game "Hot Potato" is played right, someone has to start it off and after they start it, it begins to get thrown around like bomb. Now let's put this in terms of league, The Hot in the "Hot Potato" is the flamer, and the victim is the bomb, I assume you guys get my analogy here right? If not I'll explain, The Flamer ignites the bomb until the bomb is triggered and explodes. Now, when the bomb explodes, it causes mass damage to the team's moral, and thus puts all the other team members in flames. This will result in a team full of Flamers. This Pointing blame thing was started by 1 tilted player and that tilted player flames another player, STARTING the BLAME, NOT POINTING BLAME, now by human instincts if someone is about to shoot you with anything, we all know to find a way to defend ourselves. In this case, no one likes being the one pinned by the blame of losing a game (some do, not all). I've seen games, where a team legit lost, because 1 person started some bs and it became a blame game of whose fault it was.

Now I'm going to get to the point of what happened in that last game, the one that got me banned (inb4 Riot Tantram pulls out the filing cabinet in search for Legãcy) Started off normal, no words, then we engage into this 2v2 fight bot lane, me and my support sona die, I'm playing Jhin. No words, so I'm thinking "Aight we gonna have this chill game, win lose we gucci". I walk back into lane, see the enemy Zyra and ping "On The Way" to engage on Zyra. I hit her with an auto attack and Deadly Flourish and as soon as I step closer for another auto, the enemy Miss Fortune pops out of fog and I get rooted by Zyra, legit 75 to 0ed where I said that. Sona instantly just pulled out the lighter and put them flames on me faster than a birthday cake. She said I was inting and trolling by running into both of them on purpose. You can watch the replay of this game if you like, and to see I legit did not see the MF. Then, Sona flashes, recalls to base, and starts going to top lane. You guys know how your support gets tilted and leaves lane, "because that's not toxic at all if they don't type" I'm like "I have 2 deaths, that's feeding?" So, I stand near tower to gain a little exp, and get dove and die again. I think Jax thought I was a cigarette and he pulls out a lighter and starts flaming me up too. So, here is how I got banned, btw in this discussion this has to do nothing with what Jax or Sona said it is just to reveal that I was only deflecting blame off me. Jax dies and I say "jax feeding 1 death op" to sona, because apparently 2 deaths is inting, so 1 death must be feeding and 0 deaths must be starving the enemy team at that point. Sona says she will mute me, usually I agree when people say they will mute, because I doesn't affect me in anyway of what you do, though don't mute and still flame the player if you will mute them. Sona then says "I'm toxic" and I reply "How am I toxic when you flamed me" no lie I'll put screenshots if you want, but all i said were the 2 feeding parts and why won't you use exhaust. Swain then intervenes and says "can we just focus and win the game" I realize he is right and we should just focus on winning the game. Though I think I messed up expressing how I can carry this game, but I don't want to because currently I was being flamed by Jax and Sona and it made me not even want to play anymore at that point. Tbh, I've never not wanted to finish a game a league, until that game, because it was so annoying how I was being flamed for 2 deaths in like 4 mins. Then, I got dived so 3 deaths in 7 mins. But, to cut it short, Riot Tantram will probably read this and point out what I did wrong, why I was banned, what I should have done, and something about reporting the player, negativity, some softening bs whatever whatever.

I remember my 2 week ban on August 21, 2017 actually too, it was a Normal Blind Pick game, during the Arcade event. I was playing Soraka, bottom lane so I can do the assist missions quest. It all started around, when our Cassiopeia decided to roam bottom lane and to kill the enemy jungler. The enemy bottom lane had just backed so, it essentially was a 1v3. We all commit to it, and then the enemy bot lane comes back as we were killing their jungler. The enemy bot lane is a Lulu and Jhin. The Lulu saves their jungler and I'm pinging Cassiopeia to back up cause Jhin is ulting and I have no hp left to heal her. Our Jungler Shaco and I, the Soraka, are on the edge of Jhin's ult as Cassiopeia is still trying to kill their jungler face tanking Jhin's entire ult. To cut it short, I dip from the jhin ult, shaco decides to sit on the side of a wall inside jhin's ult and Cassiopeia dies to jhin. Cassiopeia decides to blame me for her dying in that situation, and said that I was a S word (sorry I don't curse T_T and no I am not young just I dislike cursing) support. She goes on about me not doing anything, I said I have no HP and it was a greedy idea, etc etc... Then she says "What is your rank?" I said "why does rank matter", but I answer after saying "P4" she said "why df am I placed with low elos" and I ask "what is your rank then?" She says "D2". And as I told you guys, because of my repetition of saying D2 after that I was 14-day banned. So, I was on about how there is no way she was D2, thinking we were gonna win that fight, she flames me and I flame her and I assumed her duo was shaco, because they were both on me about not helping her in that 1 fight. Shaco legit was 1-14 and Cassiopeia I think was 6-7, but every time she died I said D2 and every time I died she spammed question mark pings over my body. Anyway, she tries to play the victim in after game lobby, by "giving me an Honor" and saying "I honored soraka, even though she flamed me all game"....... Well ain't that a Bitc- so I leave get banned and I didn't contest it cause I felt I was probably in the wrong. But, I was simply just defending myself from another player, why is that even a way to get banned? Because I said negative words towards another player, who clearly wasn't worried about that at that moment they were flaming me,

But, all in all, Defending yourself is a way to get banned, "Point blame" is a way to get banned, and "Arguing" with other players, is a way to get banned. So, next time your team says let's take cloud drake over Baron. You can just walk your way over there as Soraka and attempt to solo that baron, for you are not allowed to argue with other players on their ideas, unless you want to get banned. And remember if you get banned for some flummery (bs) make sure you contest it, because even if you legitimate said KYS KYS KYS, CANCER CANCER CANCER, HITLER IS GOD, etc... (May God have mercy on me if my forum account is even still here after saying that) (Wow I've never even said any of those before, but they sound so bad even joking about it). Hey you might get your ban lifted, (not). Yeah thats it, where ya at Riot Tantram, BigPapaMIDKnight, and my friend I made over live support team chat, Riot Gunny.

P.S. Inting means Intentionally Feeding, if your does not teammate legitimately say I am going to give the enemy team kills or only goes into lane and actually just walks into tower, dances, attacks tower, etc... THEY ARE NOT INTING. Inting has actually changed the minds of players, cause streamers say inting as a joke, but solo queue players are using it in the wrong context that will give off a negative vibe to the receiver. Thus lowering moral, and remember to win games (or lose) you must keep up Moral no matter what. Don't say gg at 2:30 for dying to the enemy jungler, don't say ff at 15 for the game being 0-3 at 5 mins and don't say gg it's over for the enemy team getting 1 double kill bot lane. Its all forms of toxicity and negativity that Riot doesn't agree with. #NeverSurrender
