How do I send a screenshot to League of Legends, of something a summoner wrote to me, during the game?

Hmm ! You can try sending a ticket ! But I am not sure ! Just curious .. Did you aggro him in any way ? Like most of times this is the case!
Just report them after the game, any screen shots taken are suspect as they could be edited or doctored. So Report and move on.
