Riot How Do We Report A Player Outside Of The Very Unhelpful In-Game Response

What if we have a large pool of information, that you wouldn't get from them being reported? It is a limited chat box that has preset choices. Not a rant on how there should a GENERAL choice and then the reporter should have a box to give a specific title, like "Intentional Feeding" - Player Was Being Very Offensive, and Saying in Chat how they are trolling and hoping we lose. That would give the report system any type of backbone. HOWEVER, I need to get in contact with a riot member to talk about a player that was extremely offensive and slanderous towards me. They need to be looked into, my previous post was deleted SOOOO, question: How do we report players with a more reactive or helpful system, especially if you remove posts about them?

EDIT: This was from my previous post. From: Riot Games Hey ThisIsMyJungleBB (NA),

We understand that you want to get word out about this player and their in-game behaviors but this is not the correct avenue to get attention on them. Please continue to use our in-game reporting system to put these players through our behavioral systems.

My goal wasn't to "get the word out" My goal was to get help or information on why this player ISN'T being dealt with by the system. Or more so, get the to be dealt with an a way that they should be.

There is no need to report outside of the report menu. If you really must then Support Is your option.
