There needs to be a YouTube video on what scenarios it is appropriate to report someone.

Knowing that it is fairly common for people to report each other after a game, and recognizing that there are 7 million + subscribers to the Riot Games YouTube channel, I think it is about time for a video to be posted about when it is appropriate to report someone and what to put in the report description for Player Support & Tribunal to recognize it and make an ethical decision on what happens to the player's account.

There are plenty of players that report others for disrespecting them and other reasons. Harassment is a reportable offense, but releasing a YouTube video describing the reportable offenses and what activity should and should not be reported would help inform Summoners better. (maybe having it as a highlight on the client screen too would help tremendously)
