I have a quick question.....is a custom skin legal like an imported skin.......like im not hacking or trying too....i just wanted to know if i would get banned.....i mean i see alot of youtubers play with custom skins but i just wanted to know if it was safe to have a custom skin
I want to say that a custom skin is fine so long as you're not hacking purchasable skins to make them free. If you have bought a skin and personally modify it, I think that's ok.
depends on the effects of the skin. as far as ive heard, programs that import riot skins that u are getting for free rather than paying are banned, and skins or overlays for the game that give you an inherent advantage are banned too
