People downvote you but you are RIGHT. Riot wants you to create a new account and sink all the $$$ back into the skins you use to own. Its getting ridiculous. The day I get a perma ban is the day I make accounts for the sole purpose of ruining peoples experience. If you are doing that, I don't blame you.
