Riot why you gotta do this to me

I got banned for 1 game for being "toxic". I legit was being nice all my other game but this inting top laner wants to troll and does all this stuff to tilt me to the end of the world probably because i have been banned multiple times. This top laner hasn't been banned you should give me another chance. I legit was nice majority of the game and then he just got to me on what he was doing. By the way i was banned on my other accounts for "boosting" and not for being toxic.
