Hi guys! Recently I have reported loads of players on players support page, just because they are like this one: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/KAXURsGB-you-should-be-executed-in-front-of-your-family

I have sent 5+ screenshots form every single report before/after game flaming and being offensive. Also, I am screenshotting chat in game almost every single game. I know that RIOT has chatlogs, but as I want to report them at players support I need some kind of proof and evidence that they really flamed. Few times I recorded how they troll, how they were following me whole game and trolling etc. I did more then 35 reports at player support, but every single time I received same reply from RIOT, and that's it:

Why do you have reports for players behavior at your support page if you can't take any actions about that?

For example, one game we got 3 kills in 4 mins at botlane, then our Vayne said that: http://prntscr.com/i0le0u

Then it's coming Urgot summoner 3 Vayne -> Sivir got a kill

One time I asked rioters what should I do in this situation, and somebody from riot told me "Go afk, ff and play next one."

I just want to know, why you have that player support reports if you can't handle any of them?

They say they can't often take action because they can't usually. If it's just your run of the mill toxicity, Player Support is not going to override the Instant Feedback System to issue a manual punishment. They will investigate it and look at what the system's decision was, and if necessary they will forward it up to Riot's Player Behavior team (i.e. Tantram and crew) who will be able to improve the system.

Unless there is some egregious and extreme toxicity, however, they will not apply a punishment outside of the report system. This is so that it remains fair for everyone.

Reporting through in-game is usually the best, unless you want to add to something that you can't add through the report system or get evidence after the fact.

For example, I had this Tristana that intentionally went around roaming after claiming "open bot" after dying within 2 minutes of the game when she tried to go rambo and dived right into the "support" Anivia's Flash Frost. They went around basically stealing other lane's farms and jungle to make it LOOK like they participated in the game and just did poorly, but the "damage done to champions" told a completely different story.

I looked at the player's game history, and while a few games were obvious (15 minute games, was level 4). Some of them you couldn't really tell on a quick glance unless you looked at the stats and saw the damage done to champions. An ADC that has less than 1,500 damage done to champions is definitely not really playing the game. It was like this for every defeat on their match list except two (and there was lots of defeats).

So I took screenshots of that and forwarded it to the support team with my explanations and findings, and got a little bit of a different response as a result. With the first thing that I said was that I had already reported them in game, but wanted to add additional evidence to the in-game report I filed. Then reported my findings down below.

Basically, don't use support tickets to just report players you have already reported in game already, or could have just reported in game. Double dipping reports isn't fair. Use support tickets to add additional evidence to your reports if you find new evidence or have something additional to add that may have been important that you may not have put in the in-game reporter because you couldn't/didn't for some reason.

Honestly, crying because the support center can't go through your 35+ reports that could've mostly been reported via JUST the end-game report function, is childish.

If you can report via the end-game report feature, do it. If you have extra to add, such as a video for feeding, give the information in a support ticket. Or if it's out of game/pre-game and someone dodged, support ticket.

But constantly reporting via support ticket is gonna get you nowhere. Nor will you ever know if any of them get punished because unless your IN-GAME report was what got them reviewed and punished, you won't be notified.

You have to realize that there are a ton of reports every day, and riot can't put an human to read/analyze them all, that is why we have bots analyzing the behavior of players you reported, use the in-game report function don't take screenshots it's useless they can access the replay/logs and so on if needed, you're investing yourself way too much, just report them and move on.

I just want to know, why you have that player support reports if you can't handle any of them?

How many players get reported every day ? it's a lot and the support is here to help the community too they simply don't have enough people and time to do that. Player support isn't only to punish people, they have a lot more things to do.

"I did more then 35 reports at player support [...]"

"[...] why you have that player support reports if you can't handle any of them?"

may bec there are some dudes that report everything instead of reporting only the realy realy important things... look at the amount of players lol have. even if only 1 of 100 send so many reports like u, riot wil never come to an end in time.

The post game report system actually works faster than support tickets. The only time I send a support ticket is if it happens outside the game environment. For example, a few weeks ago, someone friended me after a game. He'd played clean and I've mostly had good experiences with post game friend requests, so I accepted. Then he cursed me out and (I'm guessing) blocked me.

I got the screenshot before the chat disappeared and reported him through the support system.

What puzzles me is, he'd done nothing I would have reported on during the game or in the pre/post game chat. It was not a heat-of-the-moment thing, since he had to send the friend request, wait for me to respond, and then open a chat window. Had he left everything alone, I had already mostly forgotten him and was thinking about which game mode I wanted to play next.
