please unban me its been 3 years now

dear riot I honestly apologize for the way I behaved in my previous games 3 years ago in league of legends. I had an anger management problem since a little kid but these past 3 years have changed me for the better I would honestly love to start playing league of legends again at any cost. I completely understand and read the last things I wrote were very offensive and uncalled for. starting a new account didn't help me much as its not the same watching all you're progress go down the drain and start all over. I would love to discuss any open agreements if possible and would seriously love to consider talking to someone to help unban my account. I don't know if I'm mistaken but my friends said that this year league will be unbanning accounts but I haven't been able to catch up on any of its news lately or read anything about it. league is seriously a fun game form e to play and I just wish I had the opportunity again to play one last time with my old account because I know 'matured enough to know how to play better and obviously treat people better and not let a lost get to me personally. my mother has been dealing with cancer for over a year now and I know a lot of that has helped me to change into a better person. I know its not something that should be of any matter towards this subject but I actually enjoyed playing league a lot. I know with my mothers condition league will help me cope better with playing for the fun and getting back to mastering all my favorite characters. I honestly want to discuss this subject with any member its been 3 years and I feel like I can be given a second chance because I know a lot of people have once they get banned. in all regards thank you for you're time and I look forward to anything if possible riot @RIOt
