I was Perma-banned for saying some awful stuff, but im going to reform and try and get my account!

So I've been a toxic player for a while and I honestly hate it about myself and I always have. I wasnt always toxic but eventually i started flaming alot because i didnt want to blame myself for my mistakes and losses. I have been super toxic in game but the only thing that ever seemed to help was being chat banned. I am thinking of possibly creating a new account so I can and play like a good community member, encouraging my team and helping them as much as possible, in hope of one day becoming the nice genuine player i want to be and potentially regaining access to my account. I have spent over $1000 dollars on this game and I understand that technically i do not own any of the content or my account itself, and that the amount of money ive spent is completely irreverent to my being banned, but i have to at least try. I love this game very much which i hope is clear, and I've spent so much time and effort with my good friends playing this game on this account, trying to get better and better each day, and i really don't want to lose it forever. I know i had my chances to not get banned but i think this is something I just have to try.
