Am I really ban worthy?

Dear Community...I'm a sort of veteran player, playing since mid season 3 and having spend over £100 on the game. This may not really matter in terms of being ban worthy but I have that going. So 4 days ago I returned to League of Legends after a 4 month break.I played some game,dis-owned a chat ban I had and was climbing. I was a lot more toxic before but now I felt as if I was a lot more relaxed. Then.I played a game.Won.Added a friend on the enemy team.On my promotion to Silver 2. And mid waiting time for a lobby. Your account has been suspended for toxic behaviour.I literally stood with my mouth open.Now,I re logged to see what the hell happened.It gave me a set of three games chat logs. One of the games was WHICH I JUST HAD FINISHED. So I read over to see what diid I do wrong...Game 1:We had a troll Vayne who didn't respect pick order,team says all chat report him/her for trolling. I said report her for refusing to communicate. Early game the enemy Lee trolls and gives me a free kill.I'm doing fine while bot is arguing and flaming eachother.At the end Ezreal says report Vayne,and I say ''No we win and he did fine'' and then he says,we'll I'll report two people then (referring to me).After this game I was suspsneded.They didn't review the report,just banned. Game 2:I'm playing Shyvana and 4 minutes in,Kha'Zix goes afk.So I'm doing great but team is struggling.I'm not flaming anyone or anything.Then,two of the enemies shit-talk.Like real bad laughing at our AFK. He insulted me more than I did him but still. The only flame I did to my team was Kindred but it was frustration and I did apologise,but I am very sure she didn't report me.So the enemies talk more shit the game ends and probably report me. Did I really deserve a report for that slight retort? Game 3:This game I flamed. I'll be very honest.I was playing Graves and Miss Fortune was really getting camped. I got frustrated so I flamed her all chat.I did it once.I said ''Mf I hope that skin was mystery skin'' and referred to her later not really flaming but slight insults.End game someoene says report someone for flame,and I said she played fine so why should I report. If that is report worthy then I swear. And that's all I pretty much done. Do I deserve a ban,suspension? A chat ban would be atleast okay but a SUSPENSION?! I just returned to the game and they just do this.
