teemo afk ip farming

i am sick of seeing teemo players IP farming by going stealth and buying a cloak vs bots - i only play vs bots ever and i think its stupid - i think 3/4 of my teammates actually had the audacity to report me for calling him out - these players (the teemos) just sit there with a cloak vs the raptors and farm IP while everyone else does the work - i will admit that i fed the bot team cause i wanted us to lose - but this is bs - he actually came back in the last 2 mins of the game and BM'd me - just stupid.
