I Got leaverbuster problem its cause when i disconnected but fix it its cause because there is electricity cut and when i rejoin i got that problem warning leaverbuster punishment please remove it i got low queue error and request you to remove this type of warning give warning to only that player which come out of game not that which disconnected please remove my warning :)
Providing more leniency to folks for "legitimate" disconnects would simply allow more ways to game the system. Rage-quitting would simply become yanking the power from your router instead of alt+F4, or similar.
Leaverbuster already has plenty of leniency. If you don't leave games, you shouldn't cross the line into tangible leaver penalties for the occasional technical issue.

There is simply no way Riot can discern the fakes from real situations. People would be cutting power left and right if this was a viable 'out' of games and the including punishments. Basically, there is nothing they can do for you--you'll just have to hope this doesn't happen often...
