Account Blocking Effects

I personally really think that blocking a player should also keep you from playing with that person again. Currently blocking players only hides their chat messages which is okay but it doesn't really keep that previously toxic player out of your experience. It's really just my two cents but I don't think anyone would enjoy being matched again with a toxic player who they had played with previously, keeping the player out of one's game play after blocking them is just a quality of life thing to me that would be appreciated if riot took that extra step. I suppose if it's too complicated to change around the matchmaking system a bit would be fair then why not?

I don't think it's too complicated to change the matchmaking system, but being able to block someone would be abused in a lot of ways. So in low elo there are tons of players but like in challenger there is about 200 people i think, it wouldn't be that hard to block them all, or just block the ones you don't want to play against just to gain elo. I'm sure there are other ways this could be abused.

yeah there was this guy called tekkaman (cant say the rest ;)) and a friend and i blocked him and turned him into our inside the group meme, then around 8 months later we run into the guy, troll him and now as of very recent we noticed he finally got that perma he truly deserved.
