Deleted post before it was even read about a pregame reporting system.

Playing ranked is sometimes quite difficult because some do not take it as serious as others, and that is okay. The problem however is when people come into a lobby and make known that they are going to just joke around during the game. It compels players to dodge the queue because you cant tell if that player will take it serious or if you should just take the leaver buster punishment. Its completely frustrating for those of us serious about playing and ranking up, and then you get someone like the example below:

I then posted in game chat that i just copied and pasted directly from the PREGAME lobby. With phrases such as

TIME TO FEED LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW IMA AFK AT BASE

The response from riot

"Hey Eruion, We understand that you want to get word out about this player and their in-game behaviors but this is not the correct avenue to get attention on them. Please continue to use our in-game reporting system to put these players through our behavioral systems."

If they had read what I posted they would have understood that I WAS ASKING FOR A WAY TO REPORT THIS PLAYER!

I understand that I should have not just copped and pasted the players name out there for everyone to see, but I was just using that chat as an example. The problem I'm having with this situation is that I was told to use the in game report system FOR A SITUATION THAT YOU CANNOT REPORT IN GAME.
