I was playing a game BY THE RULES and in chat i said 0 flame and nothing against the rules. anyway i received a chat restriction after this game. The point is that i was verbally abused and flamed at that game, and just because this 4 pre reported me, that means the victim gets punished now . WTAF RITO???
You should have a reform card containing your chat logs. Could you please post them?
If you were chat restricted you have the chat logs. If you aren't showing these chat logs you were toxic.

1 report is as good as 9, it triggers the system to review the game So, you if you feel you were wrongly punished A) open a support ticket and discuss it with them, as they can help you there B) post your chat logs, so we can review your case with you and maybe help you understand the reasoning

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.
You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.
In short, no and no.
