Zero Tolerance Policy

Riot needs to have a zero tolerance policy with trolls and toxic players. I have had a troll in 6 out of 6 games over two days and Riot has done absolutely nothing about it. I've seen death threats to teammates, people telling each other to kill themselves, and more. This is unacceptable and I can't believe that Riot allows this kind of behavior. How many people have to kill themselves before Riot starts taking toxicity seriously?

"Common wisdom holds that the bulk of the cruelty on the Internet comes from a sliver of its inhabitants — the trolls. Indeed, Lin's team found that only about 1% of players were consistently toxic. But it turned out that these trolls produced only about 5% of the toxicity in League of Legends. “The vast majority was from the average person just having a bad day,” says Lin. They behaved well for the most part, but lashed out on rare occasions."

There would be no one left playing this game if they did that.

look in player behavior and moderation. those people are banned and riot does care, but they are neither perfect nor omnipresent. Just report the idiots and go on with your games.GLHF
