Getting reported randomly
Has anyone been getting reports for just playing the game? I understand getting reported for verbal abuse or something but I am getting reported for not even saying anything bad in /all chat in game. Help me D:

Your not alone in the reports. I get at least one report a week, if not every couple of days.
I strictly play A.R.A.M. The rest of the game modes just seem too slow paced. Not to mention, there was a LOT of negative behavior back when I played them. I played for a year or two on EU servers, then left for NA hoping there would be less of it. There wasn't, so I switched. At least A.R.A.M., if you run into a negative or trolling player, it doesn't last long.
With that said, I go solo and rarely do I say anything. I just ping warnings and such. Yet, for whatever reason, I get a message at least once a week that said I have a bad attitude or verbal abuse or something like that. There are only two things I do that might cause someone to report me. Neither of which deserve a report, IMO. I frequently use the "Mute" button when I do not care to listen to a player. I mention in chat that I've ignored them and I'm guessing they are the ones who report me. Probably because they are no longer able to harass me through chat and see this as a viable alternative to try and make my gaming experience negative. The other is my name. If my name is the reason for the reports, they should be reporting me for inappropriate name, and not bad behavior.
I'm certain Riot has a maximum number of reports you are allowed to have in a set amount of games or time before you get a ban. I assume this, because I've had this warning a dozen times and yet to be banned. However, I'm certain the day will come when I get a ban for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I typically play with the same random players. The time I play tends to have 3min - 7min wait for a game. This being said, those people who reported me for bad behavior are bound to be matched with me again. I've noticed games where I've either been teamed with or against the same player 4+ games in a row.
I feel they should have done things a little different in this new reporting system.

Provide the summoner name of the person(s) who reported you if it pertains to:
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Verbal abuse
- Hate speech

Provide a complete chat log of the game. This would allow you to review what was said and allow you to change if needed.

Allow the reported individual to agree with the report and then review the summoner's code. Or the person could disagree with it, in which case it would be reviewed and if found to be false, the person who reported should receive a warning. If found true, then a harsher penalty should be applied to the reported player.
I personally think this system is broken. And if I get a ban, I'll probably just uninstall. No point in playing a game that penalizes its player base unjustly.
You won't be punished just for being reported. Reports are there to establish a pattern of behavior, but the system will check your chat logs and behavior before punishing, and will throw out false reports. People that make them will also lose weight in their reports.
If you aren't being toxic or trolling, there's nothing to worry about.

I have quit counting the number of times I have been reported now. And I've yet to cuss anyone out, intentional feed the other team kills, bad mouth anyone, spam, or anything else you're not supposed to do here. It actually bothered me enough to send an email to Riot's support team and ask them what the status of my account was. Were I playing a Blizzard game, I'd have amassed enough reports by now to start seeing game suspensions lasting more than a week along with "final chance" statements. Support said I was not in any danger.
How did I solve it? I just stopped talking in chat and mute people who give me a hard time. I've also found that I don't understand the rules here. You can swear but do not swear AT anyone?
Oh, well.
I guess its better this way... The toxic people are reporting me. When I am not being toxic. I am just scared of being banned for no reason.
If you play the game right but still losing this means you where a victim of a rager who has turned against you and will do anything to see you Permanent banned.
Recommendations:
- Go to Customer support on riot games
- report you're situation along with you're summoner information 3.Remember the Summoner who is mostly the rager against you and warn riot that this guy is trying to Perma Banned you
- Avoid Ranked games for a while until riot puts you under a protect system to detect massive reports used against you
- Every game you play and at first thing you notice a rager against you write his summoner name and report it to riot DO NOT USE THE REPORT SYSTEM waste of time.
Follow this to prevent a permanent banned but act quickly, This is nothing more than a plan the league of legends High Elo community implemented Under riot's nose its called taking out the trash Method, the community is so tired of Unranked and Bronze players they will do anything out of Pure revenge.

If you as much as kill a minion close to the wrong player, you might get reported after for it.
Yep it happens alot, same toxic players that sometimes feed or go afk ,also report ,anyone can report.
