player intentionally trolls and i reported him and he still not even banned

i wanted to just start a ranked game so maybe i can climb but for no reason our support picks draven , and then goes mid and tells me i won't get any cs, and i didn't even do anything to him, the whole team didn't do shit to him, so i was just confused why he is doing that, so i went bot and tried supporting as katarina since draven the support is mid, and ofc we lost bot and our top went afk cuz he was mad about that draven, and i lost the game, and after the game i reported him, and i went to sleep and woke up and checked his op.gg and he is still playing like nth happened so iam just wondering why isn't he banned yet his ign is <removed by moderation>.

Because RIOT doesnt care about players (Bronze~Plat), for years people have been asking to define the word "Toxic" but till this day toxic in there use is very ambiguous.

But have no fear! because riot's been also claiming they are trying to figure out ways to investigate trolls to get them punishe.... HAHAHAHAH i couldnt even finish that statement man, Riot hasnt been doing anything and it shows, People on reddit who post troll's (Especially High elo trolls) are still playing daily, Honestly people who want to talk and want a friendly team base game shouldnt play league because nothing is friendly about trolls and saying one bad word can get you punished.

trolling is hard to detect and it needs a manual review. so unless this player is really unlucky, he can continue to do whatever he wants UNLESS its something bad in chat

i met one his name is** a hot egirl**,he very toxic player he play support but got smite to ks monster JG and he dint help bot lane . i met him in next game After i report him in last game. [cass-cry] i very headache after two bad match. [zombie-brand-facepalm] i cant stay to play LoL again because i met people like this After match.

Please Riot. i want to know he banned? thank to read message in mind.
