quick question

HI! so long story short i got a 10 game chat restriction... it was a stupid mistake and i learned from it. im not going to take my anger out in chat anymore. in fact im not even going to get angry at the game anymore. but i noticed that i wont get loot for some time (if anyone knows how long thatde be cool although its not what the question is) i recently got a loot of "red baron corki" which is awesome because i absolutely love world war 1 and 2 stuff!!!. im in love with the skin and i havent even played it. ive been looking to pick up corki anyways as he seems pretty cool!!! anyways i dont yet have the blue essence for him and was wondering since im still level 16. if i level up to lvl 17 will i get the champion capsule? the one i normally get for leveling up that gives me some blue essence? i really want to buy corki so i can start getting good at him and check out this really cool skin! thankyou if you take the time to read this or reply i really appreciate it!!! have a great day!
