Idea of Reducing Negative Behavior

For the people who earned A or higher should not lose any LP. This will significantly reduce negative behavior. Like intentional feeding, afk and toxicity, etc... If other people's bad performance do not effect you, then you should have no reason and you will not be mad and doing negative stuff at all. Most of time people have such negative behavior its because they get tilted by the teammates or from the last bad game. The reason why they have gotten so toxic is because the lost of LP even they were trying so hard to carry the team and to lead to the victory. We should award them, not to punish them. Once you guys adjust the system to make the ranked system more fair to the hard working players, the community will not be toxic like this anymore.

Here's an example If you lose your game but you earned:

S+ +10LP S +10LP S- +5LP A+ +0 A- +0 A +0

Original Idea was from another player. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/t9feBp4h-loosing-ip-when-people-afk-or-feed

so ... based on this, supports should KS more and take CS. Tanks should forget about tanking. No one should group when loosing and splitpush endlessly for CS so they don't loose LP.

It's an interesting idea, but would completely break matchmaking. Matchmaking would need to be completely redesigned around a new, non-zero sum game. Over the course of a season, you'll have more and more people pushing up the ranks.

Of course, there is a method of recreating zero-sum LP gains. Take more LP away from non-A rated games. Which would actually happen regardless, because your MMR would go down while LP stays or goes up, resulting in the system thinking you belong at a lower LP than you currently are at.

All your system would really create is an increased incentive for selfish play. Which is the exact OPPOSITE of what Riot wants to do.
