WTH is "Low Specs Mode" for? It is suppose to work better but i don't feel any difference. I read that when you activate it adjust according to your specs. This is not a definition "Low Specs Mode".
"Low Specs Mode" be like, I'm in great trouble with normal client and when I activate boom, It should safe me 
and I say wow that perfect. And on the other hand there is no use if it still feels slow 
like before.

I understand where you're coming from as well. I had quite the difficult time with the client even with low spec mode enabled. Our toasters can't really handle the new client. At this point, I've gotten used to the lag, and overall I think it's improved a bit. I haven't encountered any problems in champ select asides from a few lag spikes here and there (and this is saying something because my pc is the definition of a toaster.)

There are still a lot of unnecessary animations even in low spec mode.
I feel a difference. The client doesn't run in the background and my laptop fan isn't running like crazy. I actually boot up in the game on time. My in game interactions are smoother. If you're having issues still, I'd recommend posting in help&support, where this discussion belongs.
